Requirements:

  • Be a parent or

    soon-to-be-parent

  • Work in the industry

  • Household income less than $100K a year

  • Submit MN State Parental Leave Application Submission Form

  • Complete the HFA application

What we need:

  • Employment information

  • Personal Essay

  • Copy of latest tax return

What we don’t need:

  • Birth certification

  • Bank information

  • How you’ll use the funds

Our aim is to qualify applicants and provide parents with resources and support.
Your privacy matters to us, and we won’t request unnecessary information.
